DMACSTEL "Donor Pledges" For those donors who do not wish to make donations over the phone but are willing to make a postal donation we mail them a simple pledge letter and response form with some further information on the Campaign we are running. Our response rate is normally between 85 to 90% for these letters and the average gift is normally well over 50% higher than a comparable Direct Mail Campaign.
Transparent Reporting
All DMACSTEL transactions are transparent and we will provide you with detailed reporting. This will include the number of calls made, number of connections, number of donations made, number of pledge letters sent and Donor Feedback
